Blue Oat Grass. An evergreen grass with grey-blue leaves radiating outwards from the centre to form a neat clump. Oat-like flowers are grey-blue at first; quickly turning straw-coloured. Max Height 1m. Max Spread 1m. Flowers May to July. Full sun. Hardy. Water thoroughly before planting.
