A message from Palmstead Nurseries Ltd about COVID-19
Palmstead has the health and wellbeing of our mutual businesses at its core and is continuing to trade in accordance with the government's advice on best working practices.
We are working tirelessly to adapt how we operate to ensure there is as little disruption as possible to our ability to service your requirements safely,
in the midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
We have made a number of key changes to our traditional working practices to make sure we can continue to operate as safely as possible,
which include updates to our collection and delivery services. These changes are designed to give you, our customer, the best level of service
possible and to make sure we continue to operate in partnership during this challenging period.
We will continue to ship our products for as long as it is reasonably practicable, including order collections from the nursery

However, we have taken the decision to stop all other visits to Palmstead for the foreseeable future. In the meantime, we can setup
Skype meetings or conference calls to discuss current or new projects.
Our team is here (and some working from home) to help you with product photos, videos, expert knowledge and other services,
making sure your business continues as normal. Our website offers the perfect way to continue placing your orders and
if you do not see everything you need, then please do not hesitate to contact the sales team with your requirements and they will be happy
to send you a quotation (though please bear with us if this sometimes takes a little longer than normal).
