Barberry. Compact shrub with arching stems; glossy; dark green above; grey-white beneath. Clusters of yellow flowers are followed by blue-glaucous black fruit. Max Height 1.5m. Max Spread 1.2m. Flowers April to May. Fruits June. Full sun/partial shade. Hardy. Water thoroughly before planting.
