Visit us
Thank you for requesting a visit to Palmstead. Our trade only wholesale nursery site at Wye covers more than 50 hectares (123 acres) with sections of the nursery dedicated to a wide range of plants and trees.
In order for us to allocate the correct resources for your visit, please complete the following form. We will respond within 72 hours of the request being sent.
Please note: customer visits are only offered to registered account holders.
Before you request a visit, please consider the following:
- Before visiting, please review our FAQs page for practical information on ordering, deliveries and collections.
- Please use our website to check if the items you are searching for are in stock.
- We aim for visits to be around one hour.
- All guests must be over 16; no pets are allowed on site.
- Ground is uneven and often muddy; wear suitable footwear.
- Wear a high visibility vest and be accompanied at all times.
- Items can be tagged/ordered but not taken away on the day.
- Visits can only be booked from Monday to Wednesday.
