Click & Collect T&C's

Click & Collect Service

Our new Click & Collect service is designed to create a more streamlined service, enabling you to place small orders online for collection the next working day. Orders must be placed before 12 pm to qualify for collection after 9 am. Orders must also contain no more than 50 items and should contain 10 litre or smaller pot sizes only. More than 50 items or pot sizes larger than 10 litres will mean that your collection will be not be available for next day collection. This new Click & Collect service means you can pre-order your items, have them freshly picked from the nursery and then browse our extended selection of fantastic specimens on show in our trade outlet Palmstead Plants when you come to collect on the next working day.
