Returns

Incorrect item

If we sent you something you hadn't ordered and which was not an agreed substitute item, please contact us within 48 hours informing us of the problem. You can return it within 14 working days unused in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it and you will not be charged. Your item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase.

Damaged item

If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours informing us of the problem. You can return it within 14 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging.

Defective item

If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours informing us of the problem. You can return it within 14 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging. Please note the Company gives no warranty as to the growth or productiveness of the Company’s product. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
