Product description & Growing guide

Clematis 'Niobe' is a member of the ran family. This climber exhibits a climbing growth habit and is characterised by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy (very cold winter [-20 to -15ºc]) and is hardy throughout the UK and northern Europe, with many plants grown in containers becoming damaged unless given protection.

When fully mature, Clematis 'Niobe' can reach an ultimate height of 1.5–2.5 m and a spread of 0.5–1 m. For optimal growth, it prefers an east–facing, north–facing, south–facing, or west–facing aspect. It thrives best in chalk, clay, loam, or sand soil types and should be placed in full sun or partial shade.
