Product description & Growing guide

Hydrangea paniculata Confetti (panicled hydrangea [Confetti]) is a member of the Hydrangeaceae family. This deciduous shrub exhibits a bushy growth habit and is characterized by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy – cold winter (-15 to -10ºc) and is hardy through most of the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open or exposed sites or central / northerly locations. Many evergreens suffer foliage damage and plants in pots will be at increased risk. It features a flower fragrance.

When fully mature, Hydrangea paniculata Confetti can reach an ultimate height of 1–1.5 metres and a spread of 0.5–1 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers west–facing or east–facing or south–facing or north–facing aspect and exposed or sheltered positions. It thrives best in clay or loam or sand soil types and should be placed in full sun or partial shade.
