Ceanothus 'Italian Skies' (Californian lilac 'Italian Skies') is a member of the Rhamnaceae family. This evergreen shrubs exhibits a bushy growth habit and is characterized by its evergreen foliage. It has a hardiness rating of H4 and no significant fragrance.

When fully mature, Ceanothus 'Italian Skies' can reach an ultimate height of 1–1.5 metres and a spread of 1.5–2.5 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers west–facing,south–facing,east–facing aspect and sheltered exposure. It thrives best in clay,loam,sand soil types and should be placed in a full sun position.
