Elaeagnus x submacrophylla (Ebbinge's silverberry) is a member of the Elaeagnaceae family. This evergreen shrub exhibits a bushy growth habit and is characterized by its evergreen foliage.
When fully mature, Elaeagnus x submacrophylla can reach an ultimate height of 2.5–4 metres and a spread of 2.5–4 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers a west–facing, south–facing, north–facing, or east–facing aspect and an exposed or sheltered position.
