Filipendula rubra 'Venusta' (meadowsweet 'Venusta') is a member of the Rosaceae family. This perennials exhibits a clump forming growth habit and is characterized by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of H5 and no significant fragrance.

When fully mature, Filipendula rubra 'Venusta' can reach an ultimate height of 1.5–2.5 metres and a spread of 0.5–1 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers north–facing,east–facing,south–facing,west–facing aspect and exposed,sheltered exposure. It thrives best in clay,loam soil types and should be placed in a full sun,partial shade position.
