Acer palmatum 'Green Trompenburg' (Japanese maple 'Green Trompenburg') is a member of the Sapindaceae family. This deciduous shrubs exhibits a columnar upright growth habit and is characterized by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of H6 and no significant fragrance.

When fully mature, Acer palmatum 'Green Trompenburg' can reach an ultimate height of 4–8 metres and a spread of 2.5–4 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers east–facing,south–facing,west–facing aspect and sheltered exposure.
