Polystichum tsussimense (Korean rock fern) is a member of the Dryopteridaceae family. This ferns exhibits a tufted growth habit and is characterized by its evergreen foliage. It has a hardiness rating of H6 and no significant fragrance.
When fully mature, Polystichum tsussimense can reach an ultimate height of 0.1–0.5 metres and a spread of 0.1–0.5 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers south–facing,north–facing,west–facing,east–facing aspect and exposed,sheltered exposure. It thrives best in chalk,clay,loam,sand soil types and should be placed in a full shade,partial shade position.
