Kniphofia 'Mango Popsicle' ® (red-hot poker 'Mango Popsicle') is a member of the Asphodelaceae family. This perennial exhibits a tufted growth habit and is characterized by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy – very cold winter (-20 to -15ºc) and is hardy throughout the UK and northern Europe. Many plants grown in containers will be damaged unless given protection.
When fully mature, Kniphofia 'Mango Popsicle' ® can reach an ultimate height of 0.5–1 metres and a spread of 0.1–0.5 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers south–facing aspect and exposed positions. It thrives best in loam or sand soil types and should be placed in full sun.
