Eurybia divaricatus (white wood aster) is a member of the Asteraceae family. This perennials exhibits a bushy growth habit and is characterized by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of H7 and no significant fragrance.

When fully mature, Eurybia divaricatus can reach an ultimate height of 0.5–1 metres and a spread of 0.5–1 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers north–facing,west–facing,south–facing,east–facing aspect and exposed,sheltered exposure. It thrives best in clay,loam,sand soil types and should be placed in a full sun,partial shade position.
