Product description & Growing guide

Photinia x fraseri 'Little Red Robin' (Christmas berry 'Little Red Robin') is a member of the Rosaceae family. This evergreen shrub exhibits a bushy growth habit and is characterized by its evergreen foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy – cold winter (-15 to -10ºc) and is hardy through most of the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open or exposed sites or central / northerly locations. Many evergreens suffer foliage damage and plants in pots will be at increased risk.

When fully mature, Photinia x fraseri 'Little Red Robin' can reach an ultimate height of 1–1.5 metres and a spread of 1–1.5 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers north–facing or south–facing aspect and exposed or sheltered positions. It thrives best in clay or loam or sand soil types and should be placed in full shade or partial shade.
