Liriope spicata 'Gin-ryu' (spiked lilyturf 'Gin-ryū') is a member of the Asparagaceae family. This grasse exhibits a tufted growth habit and is characterised by its semi evergreen foliage.
When fully mature, Liriope spicata 'Gin-ryu' can reach an ultimate height of 0.1–0.5 metres and a spread of 0.1–0.5 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers an east–facing or north–facing aspect and a sheltered position. It thrives best in loam or sand soil types and should be placed in full shade or partial shade.
