Symphyotrichum novi-belgii 'Lady in Blue' (Michaelmas daisy 'Lady in Blue') is a member of the Asteraceae family. This perennial exhibits a bushy growth habit and is characterized by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy – very cold winter (-20 to -15ºc) and is hardy throughout the UK and northern Europe. Many plants grown in containers will be damaged unless given protection.
