Gypsophila 'Rosenschleier' is a member of the Caryophyllaceae family. This perennial exhibits a bushy growth habit and is characterised by its semi evergreen foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy (very cold winter [-20 to -15ºc]) and is hardy throughout the UK and northern Europe, with many plants grown in containers becoming damaged unless given protection.
When fully mature, Gypsophila 'Rosenschleier' can reach an ultimate height of 0.1–0.5 metres and a spread of 0.1–0.5 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers an east–facing, south–facing, or west–facing aspect and an exposed position. It thrives best in chalk or loam soil types and should be placed in full sun.
