Product Description & Growing Guide

Digitalis x mertonensis (strawberry foxglove) is a member of the Plantaginaceae family. This perennials exhibits a clump forming growth habit and is characterized by its semi evergreen foliage. It has a hardiness rating of H5 and no significant fragrance.

When fully mature, Digitalis x mertonensis can reach an ultimate height of 0.5–1 metres and a spread of 0.1–0.5 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers south–facing,north–facing,west–facing,east–facing aspect and exposed,sheltered exposure. It thrives best in chalk,clay,loam,sand soil types and should be placed in a full shade,full sun,partial shade position.
