Phlox divaricaria 'White Perfume' (sweet william 'White Perfume') is a member of the Polemoniaceae family. This perennial exhibits a trailing growth habit and is characterized by its semi evergreen foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy – cold winter (-15 to -10ºc) and is hardy through most of the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open or exposed sites or central / northerly locations. Many evergreens suffer foliage damage and plants in pots will be at increased risk. It features a flower fragrance.

When fully mature, Phlox divaricaria 'White Perfume' can reach an ultimate height of 0.1–0.5 metres and a spread of 0.1–0.5 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers a north–facing, west–facing, or east–facing aspect and a sheltered position. It thrives best in loam or sand soil types and should be placed in partial shade.
