Prunus laurocerasus 'Rotundifolia' (cherry laurel 'Rotundifolia') is a member of the Rosaceae family. This evergreen shrub exhibits a bushy growth habit and is characterized by its evergreen foliage.

When fully mature, Prunus laurocerasus 'Rotundifolia' can reach an ultimate height of 4–8 metres and a spread of 2.5–4 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers south–facing, north–facing, west–facing, east–facing aspect and exposed, sheltered exposure. It thrives best in chalk, clay, loam, sand soil types and should be placed in a full sun, partial shade position.
