Cornus sericea 'Kelseyi' (red osier dogwood 'Kelseyi') is a member of the Cornaceae family. This deciduous shrubs exhibits a clump forming, suckering growth habit and is characterized by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of H7 and no significant fragrance.

When fully mature, Cornus sericea 'Kelseyi' can reach an ultimate height of 0.5–1 metres and a spread of 0.5–1 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers east–facing,north–facing,south–facing,west–facing aspect and exposed,sheltered exposure. It thrives best in chalk,clay,loam,sand soil types and should be placed in a full sun,partial shade position.
